Oh, you know. It's awfully hard to get the two of you in the same place. But I assure you, you'd be absolutely beside yourself if you were to meet him. :)

Neither do I, but I don't know that it's something either of us can fix for him. However much we may want to.

[ when he comes out, it's actually quite romantic. there is a sheet laid out for him and plates, with tuna sandwiches, cut fruit and bottles of water for them both. Also a bowl of salad, obviously for Ignis.

It's a good way from the house, on a patch of land that gives them privacy but still a good look of the night sky. There are two candles burning merrily in their jars, too, and Noctis, waiting for him. ]

[He's so surprised that he actually can't disguise or downplay his pleasure at the discovery of what's waiting for him; something simple yet special, and intended purely for him, candles and supper and Noctis.]

You're right, my dear master angler. This is very good bait to use when trying to hook an Ignis.

[ Apparently best buds who also suck face with each other at regular intervals, too? Noctis is smiling gently at him, gesturing him over and pulling him in by the collar to kiss him lightly in greeting. He's taken to doing that these days when they're alone, and it feels nice. It feels natural and good and everything that makes his heart flutter, and Noctis knows he's made the right decision.

He loves the look of surprise on his face, too, and he's bidding him to sit as he murmurs. ]

I flaked the tuna and added some spices to make it good -- saw you do that the other day, so.

[ He's pointing upwards, to the stars, the moon, smiling. ]

Look up, it's real gorgeous tonight.

[ And he wants to share this with him. ]
